The GC’s Role in Building the Legal Team of the Future

The legal profession is undergoing unprecedented transformation. The legal teams that will thrive over the next five to ten years won’t necessarily be those with the biggest teams or the best technology, but those with leaders who know how to successfully lead through change. In this interactive workshop, GCs will explore practical principles of change leadership and learn how to create alignment, build buy-in, address resistance, and help their teams embrace new ways of working. Participants will leave with practical tools and approaches to lead their legal teams confidently through the transformation ahead.
