Founded in 1996, the Quorum Club is Canada’s only private gathering for General Counsel across the country - regardless of industry or company size. The Quorum Club is a ‘by invitation only event,’ and tailored exclusively to General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, senior law firm practitioners and Partners.
ZSA is pleased to be the Executive Producer of the Quorum Club that brings together the top legal minds in the country.
Our experience has been that while the various corporate counsel associations met the needs of many counsel in Canada; the experienced and senior level professionals wanted a peer only group at which they could discuss topics of mutual interest combined with an opportunity to network in an exclusive forum.
There is a need for a realistic response to the shifts in the fundamental dynamics of in-house legal practice and career management driven by forces external to the profession. Some are the result of corporate restructuring, others from trends impacting the legal environment within which corporations must operate. While others result from increasingly complex public discussions and expanding competition from other professions seeking these corporate accounts.
The focus of the Quorum Club is to dissect issues. We strive to facilitate full interaction amongst all participants. This allows the private bar and the in-house bar to benefit mutually from shared knowledge embracing techniques, emerging issues, trends and individual experiences. We want everyone in this forum to use it as a vehicle for expanded insight and relationships. This is an effort to provide counsel with first hand access to leading edge experience and insight.
