Before transitioning to the tech industry, Kathy spent a decade practicing law. She began her career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, representing cutting-edge technology companies, and later served as Associate General Counsel at DoorDash. During her four years at DoorDash, Kathy built the commercial legal and legal operations functions from the ground up, supporting the company’s rapid growth from 1,000 to over 15,000 employees. 

A recognized thought leader and experienced public speaker in legal technology, Kathy is passionate about the intersection of law, technology, and entrepreneurship.
