Lisa is Vice President, Head of Corporate Affairs, Legal, and Diversity & Inclusion at ArcelorMittal Dofasco, responsible for all legal, compliance, company secretary, governance, corporate communications, sustainable development, government relations and trade, and diversity and inclusion matters, and a member of the company’s Audit and Risk Committee, Pensions Committee, and Corporate Community Investment Committee.  Lisa is also Regional General Counsel, Canada, ArcelorMittal, responsible for all legal, compliance, company secretary and governance matters for ArcelorMittal’s other Canadian business units.  

Prior to joining ArcelorMittal Group, Lisa was a partner with the Toronto office at an international law firm engaged in a broad corporate/commercial law practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, infrastructure financing, and governance and regulatory compliance.

Lisa graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts and from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business. In 2023 she successfully completed Harvard’s Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership Program. 

She is a member of the Ontario Bar and an active member of her community as a member of WGCC – Women General Counsel of Canada, a board of director member of Royal Botanical Gardens, and a national board of director member of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters.
