Cancellations and Refund Policy – The registration fee for Quorum Club can be refunded if we receive written notification of cancellation by November 17, 2025. This refund will be subject to a $125 administration fee. No refund will be issued after November 17, 2025 unless we are able to fill the cancellation with another participant.  Please note that substitutions are not permitted without prior approval from Quorum Club due to the limited and exclusive nature of the invitation. 

Please be advised that if you register for the event and do not attend, the full registration fee remains payable unless you have cancelled your registration by November 17, 2025. Registrations received after November 17 will be considered final and non-refundable.
